VPNDQ provides cross-border network acceleration over international routes, helping users reach international websites and overseas services. Coverage currently spans 120+ countries / 240+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
The service is sold as a subscription: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting every month on the activation date; data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. When you upgrade a monthly subscription to a higher tier, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
No email address is needed to register — a username and password are enough to create an account. Once the account exists, you can view your plan, data usage, and subscription details in the user panel.
Coverage is governed by the pages on this site and by the result of the actual activation. Access policies for third-party websites and services are decided by those providers, and this service does not guarantee that any particular platform or content will be reachable at any given moment.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
An account belongs to the person who registered it. Please keep your username and password safe; activity carried out under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.
There is no limit on how many devices may be online at the same time under one subscription, and it can be used simultaneously on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
The following are prohibited:
- Reselling, renting out, or lending the subscription or its subscription URL, or offering it as part of another product;
- Posting the subscription URL in public channels such as forums, chat groups, or code repositories;
- Bulk-registering accounts, drawing traffic through automated means, or using this service to provide proxy services to others;
- Interfering with or damaging account, billing, or route management systems by technical means.
If unusual usage is detected, VPNDQ may ask the user to complete verification, or apply rate limiting, suspension, or other measures to the account concerned.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location, and at the same time comply with the terms of the third-party services they access.
This service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: sending spam, launching network attacks, breaking into other people's systems, distributing malware, infringing on others' privacy or intellectual property, fraud, or money laundering.
The consequences of misuse are borne by the user. Where a valid legal request is received or clear violations are found, VPNDQ may suspend or terminate the account concerned.
4. Service Availability and Liability
This service is provided as is. VPNDQ continuously maintains its routes and clients, but routes may be temporarily adjusted or interrupted because of local network conditions, carrier policies, or data center maintenance; such cases are explained in site announcements.
Actual speed and stability depend on your local network, your carrier, and the target service, and no speed guarantees are made on this site. Changes to a third-party service's own regional policies are likewise outside this service's control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNDQ is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
5. Billing, Refunds, and Account Termination
Billing follows the prices shown on this site: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring.
Refunds: a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of your first payment, returned through the original payment channel.
An account may be terminated in the following cases: the user requests closure; the user seriously breaches the account usage rules or acceptable use requirements in these terms; or the account carries security risks such as bulk abuse or leaked credentials.
6. Changes to These Terms and Effective Date
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Updated versions are published on this page and marked with the month of the last update.
Material changes affecting billing, refunds, or account rules are flagged in site announcements or in the user panel; continuing to use this service after a change is published means you accept the updated terms.
